What We’re Looking for:

At this time, we are actively searching for several licensed therapists (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW) experienced in:

Play Therapy, Couples Counseling or EMDR

We’re looking for clinicians who deeply value the power of the therapeutic relationship – someone who knows that healing happens not just through interventions, but through authentic connection. Ideal candidates are creative, curious, highly skilled, independent self-starters and are excited to grow within a community of like-minded therapists.  

This is a friendly team working in a collaborative, inclusive and deeply supportive environment. In addition to making sure they are accessible to clinicians who need support, our leadership prioritizes appropriate and comprehensive onboarding, so you’re never left to figure things out on your own. Additionally, we offer individual and group supervision, along with monthly CE trainings. We value feedback and input from our team and work to create a culture of respect and appreciation within our office.

We’re also an established practice and we’ve learned some things over the years about how to best support our client’s and our clinicians. At Gestalt Columbus, we thrive on integrity and professionalism. We expect compliance with our office policies – not because we’re rigid, but because structure allows us all to do our best work. Clear, timely documentation is a must. It’s how we honor both our clients and our craft.
