Clinical Mental Health Internship Program

*Our next opening for Mental Health Internship positions will be January 2027.

We are proud to collaborate with local colleges and universities and are registered practicum and internship sites for The University Of Dayton, Capital University and Ohio University.

What We’re Currently Looking for:

Office Manager (See More)

The Office Manager serves as the operational hub of the practice and plays a critical role in supporting our clinicians, clients, and leadership team. This individual is often the first point of contact forprospective clients and is responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This role manages reception duties, client intake coordination, scheduling of appointments and workshops, maintains HIPAA compliant office records, and coordinates communication between staff, clients, and external partners. Additional responsibilities include basic billing and bookkeeping processes, updating contact and mailing lists, management of marketing emails, light design work in Canva and overseeing office equipment and supplies.

This is an in person role, approximately 25 hours week, Monday-Thursday with some flexibility based on workload and practice needs.

Key Qualifications and Desired Skills:

Experience in office management, operations management, healthcare administration, or a related field.

•      Previous experience in a mental health or medical office strongly preferred.

•      Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

•      Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

•       Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

•        Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.

•        Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

•        Professional, warm, and client-centered demeanor.

•        High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Clinical Mental Health Therapists

In addition to making sure they are accessible to clinicians who need support, our leadership prioritizes appropriate and comprehensive onboarding, so you’re never left to figure things out on your own. Additionally, we offer individual and group supervision, along with monthly CE trainings. We value feedback and input from our team and work to create a culture of respect and appreciation within our office.

We’re also an established practice and we’ve learned some things over the years about how to best support our client’s and our clinicians.
