Groups & Workshops
At Gestalt Columbus we believe strongly in the healing power of community and shared experience. We have a number of ongoing groups and workshops operating monthly and often partner with area schools, corporations and community centers to provide further support.

Join Abbey Short, LPC and Libby Steele, LPCC-S in this supportive and confidential community of women who really get it. The mental load, the pressure, the constant challenge of breaking through barriers and generational cycles, wearing many different hats and still trying to have a life while doing all the things, for all the people! Think….”Female Rage, The Support Group!” We’re kidding. Kind of.
In this therapeutic group we’ll connect, in person, on the first Friday of every month and share our experiences without judgement, fear, placating advice or toxic positivity. No pre-registration is required but we’d love to know you’re joining!
- The first Friday of every month
- 9am to 10:30am in person
- Investment: $45/session (HSA and Flex Spending Eligible)
- Location: Gestalt Columbus, Upper Arlington office (1720 Zollinger Rd, Upper Arlington OH 43221)

Join psychotherapist Matt Dunatchik, LPCC-S for a 2 hour CEU consultation group exploring the fundamentals of modern Gestalt theory and practice in the context of case studies. This consultation group will allow clinicians to explore Gestalt theory while understanding themselves more deeply as a therapist. This group will be experiential in nature and focused on the “here and now”.
Monday, March 9, 2026 from 10am-12pm at Gestalt Columbus (Gahanna office).
$50 includes 2 CEUs.

Parenting neurodivergent kids is a wild ride. Join Libby Steele, LPCC-S and Gestalt team members on the first Wednesday of every month beginning April 1st (no joke) to learn and laugh with clinicians who understand these type of kids from a parental and a clinical perspective. You’ll find a judgement free, safe space to talk about the high highs and sometimes the low lows of parenting kids who have totally flipped the script.
Not sure if this group is the right fit for you? Reach out and we’ll talk it through.
Our first group is Wednesday, April 1st from 7 to 8:30pm in our Gahanna office: 1329 Cherry Way, Suite 700
(Ps. We love kids but this group is for the grownups only.)
