Through this workshop, parents, teachers, and professionals will learn what self-esteem is, how to help nurture it, and understand that without it, negative beliefs can take root, closing doors that would otherwise be open to opportunity.

Participants Will
•Explore how to prevent the development of negative beliefs in a child

•Understand the importance of developing core positive beliefs to help children withstand the stresses and strains of day-to-day life

•Learn how to help children value themselves

•Understand how to make a safe place so a child can appreciate, express, and understand what is going on inside of themselves

•Learn the process of self-esteem development
